Mike Hike Fundraising Campaign

The Homer Glen Foundation is raising funds to create a Veteran's Plaza to recognize members of America's Armed forces -- those who served in the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines and Coast Guard. All of the men and women who serve in the United States military have made sacrifices -- separated from family, from friends, from home. They chose to protect and defend our great nation, putting Country before themselves. For all the sacrifices these brave men and women have made, and especially for our own hometown heroes, we would like to see a permanent gathering space created that recognizes their valient service and devotion to preserve our freedom.
